Direct hotel and real estate investments
Morteza Capital currently provides access to direct equity and debt investments in the Maldivian hospitality market. These range from equity stakes in new resort developments to acquisition of operating hospitality assets and debt placements. Each investment is thoroughly underwritten and executed by the Morteza Capital team on behalf of investors.
