We invest in opportunities we believe to have potential to generate out-sized returns through value creation, with asymmetric risk-reward profiles. We generally seek to acquire assets at a discount to market with a particular focus on distressed opportunities.
Direct hotel and real estate investments
Morteza Capital currently provides access to direct equity and debt investments in the Maldivian hospitality market. These range from equity stakes in new resort developments to acquisition of operating hospitality assets and debt placements. Each investment is thoroughly underwritten and executed by the Morteza Capital team on behalf of investors.
